A new Star Trek what? Episode, series, movie, commercial, billboard, cheese-related product, ninja, politician, trauma, internet empire, run-on sentence? Please be more specific.

It is suposto be on cable. (Witch I don't have yet.) Anyway from what I can tell it is a Picard Sisco thing. I guess it has to do whith when Picard was a borg. My husband and myself saw the preview but like I said I don't remeber when the name of it was or when if aired. I think it was one of those short series. Kinda how thay split up the Stephen KIng movies when thay are played on TV so thay can get the whole thing.

Uh-huh. Not ringing any bells. As far as I know, Star Trek doesn't do miniseries. Perhaps it was an advertisement for "Emissary," the two-part premiere of Deep Space Nine. SpikeTV picked up DS9 a few months ago and has been promoting it like crazy. In "Emissary" Picard guest stars, and we enjoy a few tense moments as Sisko is reminded of how his wife was killed at Wolf 359.

Where there were Klingon ships, Tovan.

My best guess would be the Borg documentaries, but their an online thing. So, I doubt that they would air it.

OH! WAIT! It might be Trek Uncut on SpikeTV. Every Friday, they have the two parters back-to-back. Could that be it?

And then we could have Star Trek spices . . . and Star Trek ice cream.

You know, there's a whole market to be had in the Star Trek-related foods category.

::Cackles insanely. Is every bit as crazy as A-9, but unfortunately isn't next in line::

;) Run.

Hey there,

Sounds like Star Trek: Deep Space Nine advertisement SpikeTV was running just before they started showing the episodes in April 2004. Once in awhile they reuse that particular ad spot, so...

There were also some short Borg Experience 3D ads during Enterprise recently. If that's what you saw, it was an ad for the new ride/movie at the Las Vegas Hilton.

actually i think i know what it is. A while back i saw an advert where they seemed to be using a mix of all these clips from ds9 and enterprise, (mostly with people shouting at eachother to make it seem exciting) with this actiony soundtrack and the only thing it said at the end was "Enterprise". I think it was just a promo to show that "more of this good stuff" will follow.

It was 4D. And I regret not being able to attend . . . all those Borg.

I'd say it was advertisements for the new Borg 4-D ride in Vegas (to go along with the other cool Trek stuff there!). They've been on TV for the past few months during both Enterprise, and all the time on SpikeTV. I've seen the advertisements several times, and it looks pretty neat. One of these days, I'll go check it out. :P

A while ago they did an advertisement for DS9 and TNG on Fridays. They shoewed Picard and said something catchy, and then they said something similar about Sisko...I think that is what it is. I believe the clip from Sisko is when he tells someone (forgot who...) "Every time I close my eyes, I see her!"...

I think that's what it was, but even I only vaguely remmeber it...

Hope I helped,

Dr. Smith

I remember seeing that promo on Spike tv for the Trek Uncut and Deepspace nine combo thingy bout Picard and Sisko. They showed the two part pilot for DS9 when Picard meets Sisko and says. "Have we met?" and Sisko says. "Yes, in battle." Was a very good two parter btw.
