Hit The Ground Fighting

The cargo ship slowly glided down through the sky. With the security program down, the ship was undetected as it made its way into the docking bay of the ship construction complex. The ship entered the area and landed softly, much to the confusion of the Starfleet officers on duty in the area. Imag left the cockpit and went into the back of the ship.

 

Magek was busy. He was strapping on a large metal box to his back.

 

"Get yours on", he said to Imag as he gestured towards a similar box.

 

"What are they?" Imag asked as he lifted it up and began tying the straps tightly round his waist.

 

"These boxes Imag, are packed with the explosives." He explained. "Inside these, they should be safe from phaser fire. However", he said, grabbing a small control connected to the box by a cord, "If you press this button, the box will open. Press it again and the explosives will detonate."

 

"Ingenious" Imag commented. "I wonder who this ambassador is to let us wreak so much havoc on his allies."

 

"Well in all honesty I don't know if he's an ambassador."

 

"What?"

 

"Well I just guessed. He said he had the means to help me and since he was (Beep). I assumed he was a (Beep) ambassador. It doesn't really matter anyway. Whoever he was, he has helped us in striking a blow for the empire."

 

'Oh...okay" Imag said, as he finished connecting his backpack.

 

Magek picked up a disruptor rifle and handed another to his comrade. "Now Imag", he said "you must listen closely to what i say. This mission must not fail. One of us must get to this new human ship and destroy it in the bud. If we do not, it could prove to be a harsh adversary for the Klingon empire in the future. This will obviously be our last mission for the Brotherhood and we will die, but let us die in a blaze of glory. So if one of us is neutralised, the other must continue. Do you understand?"

 

"Yes sir, i do. Let me just say it has been an honour serving under you."

 

"I promise, we shall meet in Stova Kor my friend."

 

The pair took their places at the door and Magek flipped the open switch.
