Well I already posted something from the Andorian High Command so I'll volunteer.

 

However, ambassadors represent the "high command" and take instructions from them but rarely (at least in Earth governments) are they considered part of it.

 

So are you looking for an actual Ambassador who can speak for the high command but not make decisions? Or are you looking for a higher office with decision-making ability?

The reason I am so specific is because it does make a difference in the role I play. An ambassador to Vulcan, say, would not also be an ambassador to Earth or Romulus or Kronos - unless this ambassador was serving as something like our Secretary of State which is a cabinet-level position (and would be considered part of the "High Command").

 

Not to cause a headache, but with so many ambassadors and admirals and whatnot it's good to know where the boundaries are so I don't step on another player's toes.
