TO: All Division Commanders, and Ship Ennarians

 

SUBJECT: FLEET ORDERS

 

Following the destruction of a Vulcan vessel at the hands of the Andorians, both sides have began strategic deployment.

 

As of this moment, na Rihan vessel is to engage in combat with either force out side of our borders. Also from this point on, na visual contact is to be made with any other vessel that is na of Rihan orgin. I can na stress this enough. Failure to adhere to this rule, will be punishable by yy’a.

 

Further. We will now be adopting a new policy, if for some reason your vessel is attacked, and au are facing boarding parties, au are to activate the new-self destruct measures. We have a strategic advantage over the Lloann’na and we must na give this away. Remember that if knowledge is power, then to be unknown is to be unconquerable.

 

Additionally, under na circumstances are au to aid either Andorian or Vulcan vessels if an engagement occurs between them.

 

All Commanders are further instructed to begin ‘Shadow’ maneuvers. Also, the 4th and 5th Battle Groups are to deploy along our borders. Any and all unauthorized intruders are to be shot on sight.
