"Level 7 Emergency Transmission"

SUPREMACY LEVEL 7 EMERGENCY TRANSMISSION

ANDORIA FLEET COMMAND

ORIGIN: Supreme Fleet Flagship a'Lorao

DATA: Fleet Deployment Order YURIALD

DATE: 11293 49 Eunj

From Rear Admiral F. Morval, Chief of Military Operations

To Fleet Captain Tervain, Detailed Scout Battery Group JM4/7 Commander;

To Fleet Admiral Werin, Battle Attack Group QP0 Commander;

This is a level seven emergency supremacy transmission.

Contents of this transmission shall not be shared with others under any circumstances under penalty of death.

Recent data streams have been indeed concerning. The initial development of the arrival of ten capital ships of Vulcan origins were troubling enough. However, recent reports that one of these vessels near the eighth planet in the Sol star group has exploded is of serious concern.

Review of the stated data has confirmed the vessel which was destroyed to be the T'Kel, a medium heavy cruiser. The exact cause of the vessel's destruction remains unknown, but given sensor telemetry sent by you, Fleet Captain Tervain, it is known the ship did not suffer an exterior attack.

Given Vulcan arrogance, it is believed they will immediately suspect our government was involved in this ship's end. While I would like nothing more than to blame the said situation on pointy eared stupidity, several unconfirmed sources reveal another possible explanation.

This data is considered most confidential and is being shared to you for no other reason than you need to know it.

Twelve hours ago, long range communication intercepts near Vulcan detected what appeared to be traffic which did not conform to their standard frequency. Further analysis determined the destination of the said transmission to be away from all known Vulcan military and civilian assets. As experienced commanders, I know you are now believing what I first thought seeing this data. The Vulcan High Command had developed a new threat against us.

However, analysis since this intercept has confirmed the destination of the transmission to be deep in the Beta Quadrant. It is held there is a 76% probability the destination was somewhere within the Romulan Star Empire.

This development is indeed a troubling one. We all are aware the only species the Vulcans destine more than us are their own siblings. Further analysis is underway to attempt to access the actual data of the transmission. Per directives of the government, a preliminary report of these findings has been shared with the Diplomatic Corp.

Due to recent developments, and the probability of full Vulcan aggression, your orders are as follows:

Detailed Scout Battery Group JM4/7 is to set condition one for military engagement. You are not, repeat, not to engage any forces unless fired upon. Assistance to be rendered to any friendly assets within operational theater as needed. Begin immediate intercepts of all transmissions within the Sol star group of Vulcan or other origin. Transmit immediately every two hours.

Battle Attack Group QP0 is to set condition one for military engagement. Authorization for deployment of Class AZZ weapon systems is not authorized. Authorization for deployment of Class 0ST weapon package is approved if group is fired upon. Assistance to be rendered to any friendly assets within operational theater as needed.

Class 7 Security Protocol is now in effect. Begin full detailed sweeps of all personnel and critical cargo areas.

Relocation of Destroyer Sustainment Group SV/1 is under consideration. Your next report will determine if this takes place.

Probability of Vulcan engagement: 89.4%

Probability of Terran engagement: 72.6%
