The report from tr’Neer had perked N’Daks interest. A war between the Rihannssu and Lloann’na forces was most likely inevitable. That he was sure of. What was not certain, in his eyes, was whether that war was winnable, but if he could weaken them before the war, he could crush them.

 

He smilled as the plot formulated in his head. First he would stir up tensions between the Andorians and Vulcans and the Lloann’na. Then he would also finance some Klingon activities. It was a wonderfully Rihan idea, and while the other powers were bickering and fighting between themselves, ch’Rihan would be building her new warfleet. Poor Unfortunate Souls.

 

He let out a devilish laugh as he tapped the reply to tr’Neer. It was simple.

 

“Let know one rest easy in the Galaxy.”

 

Then he tapped the intercom. “t’Alic,” he said grinning widely. “Contact the Klingon Duras, through private channels, tell him I have a proposition for him…”
