Henry Rawel (aka "The Other Guy")

Name: Henry A. Rawel

Rank: Civilian (Chief Programmer at Starberg Inc.)

Gender: Male

Age: 26

Height: 6'3"

Birthdate: September 4, 2127

Place of Birth: Earth

Position: Chief Computer Programmer

Assignment to Challenger Project: Chief Computer Programmer and Technician for NX-05 ship.

Rawel was always interested in computers, and the advances in computer engineering at the end of the twenty-first century were beginning to speed up the development of warp technology. At the age of 15, Rawel began his own endeavours into the computer industry.

He was hired by Starberg Inc. originally as a consultant at 17. Eventually he began to realize that computers were his career, and he became a programmer three years later.

For six years he has been the genius that gave Starberg such successes as: the Flux Extrapolation program, which can accurately predict tidal patterns for up to 1 million variables; and Moatis, the most popular accounting program in 2153.

Now, at 26, he faces his biggest challenge. Starberg has been comissioned to work in tandem with the Starfleet engineers in order to construct and program the computer that will operate the Challenger. With a team of six subordinates, Rawel has just begun to integrate the first programming procedures into the barely complete mainframe.

Now that work has been sped up, Rawel is even more pressed for time.

------

P.S. Anyone can feel free to join up as a member of Rawel's team. There's six members, but you never know if Starberg will assigning more.

Also, if anyone wants to be the Starfleet engineer(s) responsible for the computers, go ahead. In fact, it would probably make Rawel's job easier.

Update: I also need an arrogant Vulcan computer programmer who's responsible for complaining that our computers aren't advanced enough, but then refusing to give us upgrades. :D
