“Are we there yet?”

 

“You know sir, you can be a real pain when you wanna be”

 

“Oh cheer up you miserable sod.” Victor told his pilot, Ensign Goldshirt. “I wouldn’t have to do that if you’d just offer some damned conversation. You could give a brick wall a run for its money. Anyway you’re a filthy liar I can see we’re almost there on the scanner.”

 

The Ensign grinned.

 

“Well you were being a pain.”, Ensign Goldshirt chuckled.

 

“I’ll give you a pain in a minute. Anyway, how long till we ACTUALLY get back to Aegis.”

 

“Couple of minutes doc.”

 

“Groovy.”

 

“Groovy?”

 

“Oh just shut up and drive.”

 

And so the Doctor returned to his home, the Sky Harbor Aegis.
