"Logical?"

Ambassador Tovek paced the metal floors of his ship, disblief over took him as he saw the hunk of junk that sitting in the dry dock. "we have arrived at the dry dock sir, on screen." A Vulcan officer said, and the main view sprang to life, the hunk of metal came into focus into more detail as they came closer. Tovek, still pacing, had simply noded.

"I've seen enough, turn the ship around, set course for Vulcan." Tovek said, after 6 minutes are admiring the Challenger. Yes, he only glanced at the image for roughly 6 minutes, but he already knew his judgement way ahead of that time. He looked to his advisor and shook his head.

"This is not logical, the humans demand a ship to be designed and built within a time period of 3 months, its been roughly 2 weeks and look what they have accomplished, this. This, thing, that hardly look like any starship." He spoke with skeptisim. His Advisor, E'Shok, noded his agreement. However he had something else in mind. The Vulcan ship navigated its way through tight spaces around the dry dock and jumped into warp as soon as it was clear.

"If you really care about what happens to the humans then you would think that it would be Vulcan that may have had an impact on earth. Granted that Humans some times make harsh, irration and illogical decisions but they are not a evil race. Granted that more advanced technology that we hold they would not understand but these people can learn, it took time but they've learned."

Tovek noded his approval. "It is not our decision, it was the high command's. I do know that Vulcan have oversaw the developement of earth long ago, therefore it is logical to conclude that the amount of technological advancement that Humans possess now is approximately equal to their natural development."

E'Shok noded as well. "3 months, that is illogical on all terms. But the humans would not heed that high command's advice to slow down the NX projects, instead they accelerates it. This would pose a problem if stress is dominating." Tovek pondered and pointed to his helm officer. "Volse, drop out of warp and hold position over here." The Vulcan officer obeyed and the Ship came to a Halt.

"If the NX-05 continue its current projection, it will bound to fail, compounded that Starfleet will not halt its production, therefore i must appeal to High command, to show them that The Earth vessel requires our expertise, and give them a reasonable amount of technological aid. Prepare your notes, we shall attempt to do so, If earth was going to build a ship, we should help, they are our distant neibors."

E'Shok Noded. The two Vulcans stood and walked into a turbolift system and disappeared.
