Here's an idea. Instead of having only one of Images and Vex's becoming the logo, we could have one as a logo, and the other could be a banner.

 

Actually, both could be used as banners. Vex's could be a strip banner, and Images could be a square banner.

I would imagine that it would be 25% to Vex, 25% to Images, and 50% to whoever is paid the royalties on Star Trek (probably someone loosely affiliated with Microsoft).
