Do you have a cat?

OK, the only person in STSF who I know for a fact doesn't have a cat is myself. Just about every day I see a post about "My cat did this" or "My cat is that" or something else involving cats.

 

So what is it about STSF and cats?

I have 2. A very small Persian that's age I've lost track of... somewhere in the teens. And a very large, younger Calico. They're both females and they hate each other. Fights are common. ;)

Well I have a dog, a cat, a gerbil, and a fish. What can I say we like animals ^_^

 

But ya know the strangest thing is that we have an indoor cat that lives outside, and an outdoor dog that lives inside. ;)

I've had as many as four cats in my lifetime, but right now I only have two. Gideon is a male black and white long haired cat with double paws in the front and ridiculous wiskers and Moses is a male multi-colored cat who follows me around like a dog. ;)

 

Cats are awesome. My aunt has had as many as 17 living in her house at one time. ^_^

I have a cat, of course. My long, slinky, smart siamese. ^_^ I love him. He's a walking ten pound personality. Since I'm currently dog-less, I've made up for it by teaching the cat some dog tricks, lol. He always comes when called, he plays "which hand?" and "kill the stuffed animal," and he always greets me at the door when I come home. He also comes and yells at me when something is making noise in another part of the house that shouldn't be (my trained my old dog to do this - you know, alarms, teapots, that kind of thing). And like my former dogs, he's a worthless guard dog, lol.

1 Dog: Named MaX: Main Occupation. Being dumb (A golden Retriever)

1 Hamster: Named :: Ducks:: Whiskers. (Yes there is a real black hamster named Whiskers). Occupation: Escaping from his cage!

2: Turtles named: Fasty & Jean (I was 8 when I got them, so excuse the names) Main Occupation: Torchuting the cat when he goes fishing

2 Rabbits: Simba & Nicky: Both white fur, Simba being a Dwaft & Nicky being a long eared Rabbit. Occupation. Making Fertalizer for the garden.

No, I don't have a cat....however....

 

I used to have a cat many years ago who regretfully died.

 

At her peak, my Grandmother had eighteen cats and six dogs.

 

I do currently have two Lasa Apsa dogs (one who I will admit is by best friend though he's now sitting at a young age of fifteen) and four fish...one of whom will probably live to be ten years in age before death. ;)
