On behalf of Captain Dacotah and myself, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Cadet Tommyroo924 to the rank of Ensign. This took place aboard the U.S.S. Yorktown Academy vessel on the morning of Stardate 0301.27. We both wish her the best in the future and think she'll be a wonderful addition to the fleet.
