Although Precip did get at least three votes for wearing the Bra and Skirt (as Bolinas look good in Island wear) I do belive you won that contest...besides nothing says STSF Like a Freddy in a Bra and Skirt....::ducks before someone smites him::

Oh I'm sorry....I was reviewing our records, and discovered we've made mistake. That was 'dis-approved' no your GM application, not approved. Typo, my bad. Please return your grass skirt and coconut bra to Fred, and turn your keys back in..... ::pauses thinking::

Besides, we still need you older newbies to teach Precip where the cleaning supplies are kept before you turn that over to him now.

If a GM is posting a "welcome" message to him, it's most likely in reference to "Welcome to the ranks of the GM", not welcome to the forum. :)
