What is this ready room for. The site says its for advanced sims.

 

Does that mean since there are two rooms, there will be more academy sims?

 

I hope they will add some Thursday and Friday, since those are the best nights i can sim.

trek_fan03, I believe the ready room is for Advanced sims during the week. From what I know, ( This is only from what I've heard from GM's in my time here ) some Academy sims may take place while an Advanced sims is running, and STSF.net has been working with StarTrek.com to get their own room for sims. That way, 2 sims can be running at once.

Yes, you found it right away, didn't you!?

 

The Ready Room is a second room for STSF's use at StartTrek.com.  Soon we will start to shift some of the Advanced sims into that room and leave the Academies in the Holodeck room.  As for more Academies, that will happen as we get more GMs trained, so the new room won't give you new Academies yet, but they are coming.  Thanks!!

Hi Trek Fan!

 

The Holodeck is the newest chat room Paramount has created...  especially made for STSF!  :o

 

It's a place where we can start holding multiple chat games during the same hour and such without rushing one group in and out.  As we continue to grow, we will need more places to meet and to have the ability to do multiple sims (maybe a training sim and an advanced sim) at the same time.
