Star Trek XI

The next STTNG movie should be after Data passes. I suppose since b4 has all datas memories they can be recoverred. Or Datas head or data ingrams could possibly be recovered floating in space and placed in B4, thus never loosing Data. The link was unclear to me on what Bergan meant by prequel. But Data needs to be revered just like Spock.

A couple dreams:

Wouldn't it be cool since enterprise-e can do time travel if we were able to beam up kirk before he fell?

It also would be neat to have Q in the next movie? I imagine Q snapping his fingers and bring data back. For all that Q could bring back Kirk.

Wouldn't it also be cool if all the captains of the enterprise were able to come together in one movie tying all the series together?

Just some Thoughts.

Has anyone been watching "The Practice"? Shatner has been doing a brilliant, brilliant job as a charasmatic, high profile lawyer. It's great fun to watch and you should check it out if you're a Shatner fan.

However, he's aged since Generations. Even 'Q' isn't going to be able to bring that man back.

I think we all need to accept the fact that Kirk is gone, except in the books. : )

While I agree for the most part..I subscribe to the "never say never" club. I wouldnt put anything past ILM, Lucas Arts and the like. Shatner may be gone, but Kirk could return. Then again, they could just rebuild Shatner...they have the technology , you know...stronger..faster...better... :)

I don't think data is coming back in any shape, way, manner or form.

I hope not...there comes a time when an actor outlives his part. Like James Bond in Never Say Never Again.

As an android, supposedly unable to age, Spiner just can't play the role anymore.
