You know what would be cool? An entire movie (or series for that matter) based on the enemy. Their ship, their captain, their viewpoint... And the Federation ships and characters would be secondary, like the enemies are in the current movies/series. Ooo...

But they never call me up and ask. ^_^

Sorta like the RES Talon? ::snickers::

But enterprise does involve klingons and romulans, and thats one of the things I hate about it. It also involves ferengi and borg, yay! ^.^ Next season we get to meet the Bajorans and cardassians I'll bet.

Hey there,

And who do you expect them to meet? The Jem Hadar? They're supposed to meet the Klingons and Romulans! The introduction of the Borg I thought was the most fascinating addition to the entire "Trek Borg Subplot" since First Contact.

Ooh, I have just the idea for this!

Star Trek: Pakleds

"They are strong. They make it go."

Hey there,

Now that would be a great show! The script would be one of the easiest to write!

"Ship forward go"

"We stop now!"

"Destroy them with the flashing things"

Hey, wait a sec...isn't that how Dumbass talked when he first came to the Academy? ^_^

LOL - I was giving serious consideration to once again posing as a Cadet under a ficticious name as a Pakled. But after creating a Pakled NPC on the Qob (A Science Officer if you can believe that), and now this, everyone would be expecting it. ^_^

Amazing how everyone seems to remember the Pakleds. Weren't they only seen in one episode?

They are also on the the MicroProse (Hasboro) Game: Birth of the Federation. Thier responses to treaties and diplomatic contancts are great. "We friends....you trade with us." or "We at fight" ;)

And mentioned in at least one other, but yeah, they seem rather rare in the Trek universe, don't they ^.^

go and it kicks the tushie out of Measure of Men so... there

I kind of disagree. Measures of Man was one of the best eqisodes i've seen. The thing about a machine such as Data getting rights and freedom is interesting and sort of a contradiction.

my description: Data finds him self not as tall as the line that says "you have to be this tall to have rights"

I dunno, I think that B&B should back away from ST (woah did i just say that?) but note that sometimes when newcomers come along they completely mess with the franchise. Heck look at nemesis and that direction, he called the blasted things laserguns and thought geordi was an alien!

P.S

I have a confession. I only watch enterprise because i get a kick out of that opening credits montage song thing.

^_^ Gross, eh..........

Well...French Horns intro'd DS9 and Voyager...and sounded AWESOME. French Horn is one of if not the most difficult intrument to play...3 keys to play all different notes..with a tiny mouthpiece...in different octaves...

Bahh...aus would na know good music if it slapped au on aus forehead ridges ;)

yeah that's true my friend played it and gave up in 20 days. I personally perfer trombones and trumpets but French horn in my opinion adds one of those majestic flavor in a intro music .... (oh yeah i don't play brass instruments ;) )
