Being superman becomes boring when no one will play with you.

I hate when noone will play with me...

I think you all have valid points and I will let my character develop instead of trying to develop him....

Unless I get bored... ;)

I gave myself 6 months before I began to actually develop my character, going into his past and all. Slowly, I carefully took things in the right direction that I had figured would work.

I agree totally, I think I did rush in a little bit quickly with some of my charcter developments(and now I have to loive with them..IE "N'Dak's a spy") but Now I have started to develop some of his background and show why he acts the way does about half time.

(Sorry Krax, but this is a fun topic too : ) )

No worries ^.^ I'm one of those people who believes in the flow of conversation over strict adherance to a topic ;)

They told me of your extreme hatred ..er...disgust...uh.....how you didnt care for telepaths... ;)  Just wanted to see to what degree...say for instance, a person was planning on applying to the Republic  or Talon...this would be need to know information, right?

Now now....that's not exactly true.....and I have in-fact had a long-time Vulcan character as well in the past. What I object too, are the people that overstep the reasonable limits. We do allow those races that are telepaths on the Republic, but we just limit them to reasonable standards as to what they are able to do. That is all. If you're coming on as a younger person, not middle-aged, you're not going to be superpowerful, and some actions may need to be cleared with the GM team before implemented is all.

Rihannsu-wise....no, no telepaths. However, those that are bonded or family members may be able to feel that their family ties to be unusually strong.

Vex is right. Design your weaknesses, not your strengths.

Well said you guys.

Oddly enough, I already had limitations in mind for the character...but Ive shelved them all for now. Need to graduate first for any of it to matter, anyway. ;)

I liked Vexs point about weaknesses...to me, those define a character better than their strengths (i.e. DATA...Laforge, etc.)
