Its 1600 hours in the afternoon, Sovak and his daughter goes on yet another boat ride. I fully understand the logic and illogic an offspring would bring to their parents but even when the choice is illogical most other beings chooses to pursue it, that i do not understand. We are 5000 + 5 years in to the future, our fate is yet to be determined, are we going home? Can we go home? This is no joking matter of course, i suspected that the crew used humor to bury their pain and suffering, I understand for i too uses this method. This planet is most certianly not a good location to raise a newborn child, although the surroundings may teach her peace. But not a good place to raise the child.

 

I do not know why Sovak and Eason chose to create their offspring in this current timeline, I may not understand it, but perhaps Captain Sovak does. Whatever his thoughts about his daughter was i'm sure it was the best thing for both worlds. Sovak's daughter ... Half human and half vulcan, would she choose the path of logic? Or Emotion or both? Only time will tell. No doubt under her father's Guildance she will grow and learn.

 

Colonel Eason ... Their Daughter ... lieutenant Lego, what will happen to them ... when we get back, if we get back? What will become of them? What will happen to them? If Amanda have grown until we lift off and return to our time, would those years be forgotten in the tides of time?

 

If we do return would Sovak's daughter disappear? If she doesn't then Lego and Eason will stay buried under the future earth's soils. What if we have the choice of choosing between the future or the past what would happen? It would become a delima for Captain Sovak. To choose between his wife and his daughter.

 

I highly believe that once back to our own time, our present would stay the same, Eason and Lego Dead, Sovak's daughter, alive. The temporal wake of any kind would protect us from the changes in the timeline, it happened before, the day we were pulled and destroyed the sector, If the federation would have been erased, we should be too, but here we are ...

 

I do not know. The logic in temporal mechanics is confusing, the numerous paradoxes defies the laws of logic and physics.

 

I don't know ... the best thing we can do now is have faith and let time run its course. Perhaps one day i would understand the meaning of offsprings and life.
