Back on track...

 

 

An image showing all the STSF ships togehter Would be quite interesting, a fleet formation picture. Sure I doubt the Talon would ever fly in formation next to the IKC Qob. (DS9 timeline aside). But I think this would be a great picture for the the Webpage. I realize Aegis would be a tough graphic to do since it isnt on your program Tovan. Can anyone pull this STSF ship collage off?

I can do all the ships of Stsf together in formation.... I looked at the aegis webpage, they've got a ship, a Norway class, if you want that picture including the Aegis sim as USS Pandora's box, i can do it, but i'll need help to convert Bitmap to Gif with out losing color.

And oh yeah A warbird and a vorcha getting along side with eachother? I try but those two's crews might not want to cooperate and start firing eh? I'll put them in the opposite side of the wing :P

Alrighty.... Here itis ... Fortunately i was able to get a solid good picture on all of the stsf sim ships, Unfortunately USS Pandora's box and Qob hit and it blew up and did only minor damage to the Vorcha ..... all because of that annoying helm officer, she spooked me with her "Captain! We're gonna hit!" If you're wondering who'd win, USS Pandora's box or IKC Qob/Lakota...now you know the answer.....

I think a picture of the fleet again would be a nice addtion to the page. I realize this probably would take a lot of effort on the Webbie's part. Is it necessary? No. But it's just a nice picture of STSF being one big happy fleet!

Yes, that would be nice. Could we include the starbases and lighten up the ships so they are easier to see against the starry sky?

The QoB and the Talon are a little harder to see, but otherwise this is probably how the ships would really look in deep space with no stars nearby. Making the ships lighter might make them more visually appealing for the website, but as it is now you score points for realism.

 

Actually, the bigger you make the pic, the clearer it seems to get.

as i said before, converting the format of the pictures eats up color, still working on that one.

try converting to JPEG instead. JPEGs are for images with millions of colors and are relatively *small* in size...and i guess the 500k pic is JPEG?

 

P.S. Yes, you probably should use JPG instead of GIF. That will virtually eliminate color loss.
