Well it wasn't THAT obvious. Even on full magnification the ship doing the firing was just a blip. Besides, if it was obvious, I think more people would have replied about it.

You can clearly see that the Equinox's aft shields are functioning. How was Voyager able to score direct hits on the port nacelle? And is "good morning bable" supposed to be a clue?

Woo-hoo! I'm back in the race! ::does the Happy Vulcan dance::

Fairly sure about this one...

Well, I think it's the episode where Nog and Jake have to fly a runabout by themselves because Sisko and . . . the other guy . . . got captured by the Dominion.

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's "The Jem'Hadar".

I am going to second Mr. Tachyon's suggestion this is from DS9's The Jem`Haddar.

Aw bloody heck, I could have gotten it if I didn't have to drive home from work.

Oh well, at least I'm still tied for first if it is The Jem'Hadar.

really? Gee i hadn't noticed.

I guess i exaggerated when i placed the runabout in firing position  I couldn't resist ...

Any who the runabout jake and nod occupied never touched the jem hadar or the one they occupied in Valiant. Oh well i just couldn't resist tapping the "f" button tehehehhehehehee.

oh ok you're still here for the answer. John is correct it is from Valiant when Jake and Nog went to that starbase thingy and three jem hadar swopted by and the runabout fled for life and the valiant came and saved the day ... exploded accidentally when they saw the big dominion battleship. We are fresh Obessed. ::nod::

Good job John ...

"Endgame, Part I", from Star Trek: Voyager, where Admiral Janeway's shuttle meets with Harry Kim's ship, which was Nova Class.

Just watched "Endgame, Part II" today. Part I was on Friday I think.

In which case it would be USS Rhode Island :D

Yeah, I think so. That little ship on the starboard side would be Admiral Janeway's shuttle.

Although the ship doesn't quite remind me of an Overlooker vessel, I'm going to say Star Trek: Voyager's "Tinker, Tenor, Doctor, Spy" because of the clue, because I'm crazy, and because I really can't think of anything else that ship reminds me of, save one other thing which shall remain nameless until you reveal the answer. :P

Usually I at least have some idea, but this time I am completely clueless.
