•Feanor receives his first commission aboard the USS Draco as an assistant engineer

•Feanor reports for duty aboard the Draco June 15, 2367

•Feanor receives a commendation for ingenuity in devising a means of masking the Draco’s signal emissions and waste gasses allowing the Draco to effect repairs in a hostile Breen controlled system and escape without notice

•A reprimand is placed on Feanors file for disorderly conduct and he spends 10 days in the Draco brig

•Feanor is transferred to Starbase 23 as an operations manager in the base repair, maintenance and retrofit bay December, 2369
