(from http://www.timezoneconverter.com ), basically EST (Eastern Standard Time) is 13 hours behind Malaysia time.

 

Today's academy are at 9:00PM EST (2100 EST)

21:00:00 Tue Feb 03 2004 in America/Toronto converts to

10:00:00 Wed Feb 04 2004 in Asia/Kuala_Lumpur

 

and 12:00 AM EST (as well as Saturdays, and Sundays)

00:00:00 Wed Feb 04 2004 in America/Toronto converts to

13:00:00 Wed Feb 04 2004 in Asia/Kuala_Lumpur

 

But Mon, Wed, Thu the academies are at 2200 EST:
