The Manticore has arrived at Citadel 18, where intelligence has been alerted to a possible threat. We have discovered an ordnance testing area and the weapons being used are too advanced for the population's current stage of development. A member of Starfleet Intelligence, Col. Kurtz, was spotted with the locals running the tests and Col. Eason is NOT happy to see him. An away team of Eason, Roget and Suberance returned to the surface to find out more, but they were discovered and only Roget was able to return to the ship before being detained.
