Christie Farron

"Left and Right" - A Farron Log

Lieutenant Christina Farron

Exobiology and Neurology Specialist

USS Manticore, NCC-5852

Christie was beginning to go over her equipment, and double-checked everything on her hypo-belt. She then checked it a third time, which was not her custom. She was not prepared to be placed on the planet, but she had no choice. The order had come down, and Christie had been in the room when the order was given.

She continued gathering medical items for the transport, when she came across a PADD in her desk. Christie couldn't help but give a faint smile when she read what was on it.

Farron was surprised to see the message, as most of these messages were deleted from the system after the date had passed. Christie thought for a moment, and then remembered why the announcement still existed: the meeting never took place. That was soon after she had returned from her undercover work at the docking station, and all meetings were interputed by the Breen warship appearance.

Christie tapped three buttons, and removed the message from her PADD. She thought back, and remembered that hectic time. Even though they were lost in time, they were still alive... and in no direct danger to their lives.

She decided to take the PADD with her, and attached it to her hypo belt. She knew that, when the Manticore shut down communications power, she would not be able to view messages saved to the central computer on the ship. But, until that happened, it would be a good way to pass the time.

Christie walked out her office door, and even remembered to turn out the lights.
