Thank You, PittyKitty !! The second part of this message applies to the next few hours, so I'm bumping it back up for all. A Happy New Year to each and every one!

And, if you have been following the European Space Agency's Beagle 2, or rather the search for the Beagle, you might enjoy this website. It's the official newsreport site for Beagle 2 reports. Right now: Still no word. Is the little Beagle lost in space? Or, rather, lost on Mars? Check this site for constantly updated reports:

Beagle 2 News Updates

Update from this morning's attempt by Odyssey to detect Beagle 2

31-Dec-03 16:05 GMT

...................................................

Summary

The latest attempt to communicate with Beagle 2 by NASA's Mars Odyssey orbiter was unsuccessful.

...................................................

Full story

A window of opportunity for contacting Beagle 2 was open this morning and whilst Odyssey was trying to establish contact with the lander, the Deep Space Network of telescopes back on Earth were busy involved in communication links for NASA's Mars Exploration Rover and Stardust projects, hence the delay in receiving any information back about today's attempt to contact Beagle 2.  ... ... ...  [see the website for the rest of the report]

This is Ensign Jozef, reporting from her shuttlecraft, zooming to Starfleet HQ. Roger, over and out!...... And, Happy New Year !!
