Mission Brief:

Last week, the USS Janus (Akira class) investigated a web-like structure that was built around a star. Scans could not reach the structure's interior, but did detect an unusual amount of tachyon particles in the region and several portals leading to the inside. The crew has speculated that the structure could be a hub for travel through another dimension, possibly transwarp, or even through time. A shuttle has departed the ship and is headed toward the structure for closer investigation.
