U.S.S. MANTICORE BRIEFING #1369 STARDATE 52606.22

Manticore remains docked at Starbase REDACTED enduring extensive repairs. Meanwhile, two teams have been sent out on crucial missions. Bren, Annika and Pilot have been sent to a civilian research base where they will attempt to retrieve Bren's stolen Ketracel White data. Upon arrival they noticed how eerily empty the facility is. But the amenities are 5-star! Angela Reed has presented Bren with the job of... finishing his own research. While Bren worked, Annika searched through the computer and discovered some unsettling work derived from Bren's original research. Faldek, Harnett and Kansas have been sent to a secret Section 31 station as they attempt to snuff out potential spies within the organization. Faldek and Harnett met with the station commander, Captain Kellerman, who will be working with them to find the spies. They began their investigation, first by looking at the flight craft and now by beginning their interrogations. Kansas, in the meantime, is doing some sleuthing of her own... in other people's quarters.

I don't really have too much access on this terminal, I'll see if I can find another terminal that will let me access more information. ::looks around::

Franks, did anyone mention to you that there were two agents vaporized on that shuttle at any point since you scrubbed it.

:: He seemed unsure which way to go, but there was a side-profile view of the ship. This was not expected exactly, but Starfleet did have a lot of ships. He studied the outlines and found the sickbay location. Not a station, but close enough ::

Ahh. ::finds a terminal that looks different than the others in a prominent part of the room, she walks over to it and logs in::

::(q) to Bren:: I think you were wondering about the target of that weapon-thingy? I don't see a specific location, but it looks like it can pretty much be anywhere the Alpha Quadrant, or possibly behind, but I unfortunately don't have a lot of information to go on right now.

Is there anyone else that you can think of that had regular contact with the deceased agents on this station?

::arrives on deck and still reading as he instinctively walks towards the RR; figures Kansas will have fun breaking in a newbie; enters the RR and sends a message for the new recruit to meet him in his RR when she comes on board::

The station commander is your best bet. He has been here longer than I have, Agents Christian and Bale were here long before I arrived on station.

No, but why was the person tasked with scrubbing the shuttles not told that it was a crime scene? She is the one that destroyed any evidence, unknowingly, according to her.

At ease, Ensign. Err-MEENE is it? I don't know if I'm pronouncing that correctly.

We have automatic protocols in place after each mission. Once the shuttle was recovered, the crew got to work even before any emergency protocols were put in place. What can I say, we have an efficient station. ::holds his hands out and chuckles::

My apologies for not mentioning this earlier, commander. I only learned of this myself. People here get eager to show their resourcefulness in hopes of getting off this station and into the real action.

Well, nobody here seems to associate with one another socially, Blake was not remotely helpful. I need know who knew they were on that mission if you want me to find this mole. (edited)

And playful it is. Don't be offended if it takes some a few attempts to get it right. That being said, you're profile is impressive. You seem to be very proficient in hand stealth infiltration and... ::reads the padd:: hand to CLAW combat. My chief of security has been known to get her claws out from time to time but, I haven't usually ::clears his throat:: seen it in combat. ::looks back to the padd::

I'll do my best to see who knew of the mission. To be fair, it wasn't exactly classified. It was a simple retrieval mission to DS9. You know that, you were there. Anyone could have seen it on the mission roster.
