Well, I was escaping Starfleet, which was complete hell in our time, and ended up here, and this group of folks saved us from a nasty situation...

Let me get this straight: Sybok has all the answers to life, the universe and everything and they're all in the Galactic Core. If he finds them all now, something really bad happens
