we are going to have to TBS a bit.

Don't even know if SPA is in the same timeline

are we TBSing past the ship negotiations?

We will TBS through 2 things of importance (just so we don't get stuck): (1) Arizhel learns that Kurahj needs the BOP to land in order to for them to go on their expedition (2) One of the members of the expedition reveals to Sybok that a Klingon BOP will be leaving the planet

Officially, the Federation shares this planet and it's neutral. Doesn't mean that the Federation and the Klingons don't nag each other ... well, all the time

Well, if it's any comfort, I haven't seen too many unknown Starfleet people roaming around. Usually, when a starship stops at a starbase, they all come on shore leave. Starfleet officers always think they're the best poker players

The Klingon quarter doesn't exactly offer any space. There's some empty space behind the seedy side of town. It's a bit sketchy, but I don't think they'll bother armed Klingons

This dig crew is not the most reputable characters. Vance is fine. He cares about money, but he'll follow through. There's one guy that gives me the creeps though
