"Begin recording.

The situation regarding our mysteriously damaged Cardassian ship has not changed. Instead of answers being discovered, more questions have been uncovered. The focus of the station's investigation must now turn to how a shape shifting type being was able to board the station and assume my identity. I must admit to grave concern about this issue.

My personal feelings aside, the investigation into the destruction of the U.S.S. Empire State must also be furthered. One can only hope these incidents are the result of horrible timing, but I am concerned they may somehow be directly related.
