USS Arcadia - Wednesdays 10 ET - Command Staff: (CO) Captain Lo'Ami

A few weeks ago, we found USS Umbra (Oberth class) a bit far away from where they should be. They had previously been refit at SB 291. They had the same virus/time slip we did. During their timeslip, their replicators operated nonstop and they were in the Rohnert system. We went there to investigate and found the biosphere

There seems to be a section 31 plot to overthrow the Federation governed using an army of mind controlled officers.

How do you know it's section 31?
