Given that the Yith are based out of Lovecraft, any AI glitches would probably be true to form.

I would say so

AI is an interesting tool. but I try to avoid it if possible.

It looks too cute.

I've not played with Invoke long enough.

Somewhat Star Wars with a little Lost In Space.

I'd almost say those ships from Starfield - the ones the I forget what the odd alien life that is the antagonist to the PC is - theirs.

Medical has managed to unlock their doors but then every alarm in medical started sounding the same alerts the main computer was responding too.

ACTION: Scans still showing readings of just about every hazardous reading possible, many that would be impossible at the same time.

People seem to be okay out here.

This is such a nightmare.

These readings are impossible. The computer system should be catching that this combination is impossible.

I know. Talk about teething issues.

+Ops+ Are you getting what I'm seeing here in engineering?

It's like the system that interprets the readings has lost its filter and just decided all the things are wrong.

Defaulting to "that breaks physics, time for alarms" isn't a bad setting.

At Muuhi's remote lab I was always worried about the systems going frantic.

Still, I'd prefer it listen to input a little more when things are so wildly askew that its own internal functions should be recognizing how far off they are.

Let's see how medical is doing.

I feel you there. Wish I could be able top help, but I have no skills with that kinda thing.

::starts to schedule appointments with the personnel and civilians to come in for an examination::

ACTION: Muuhi's scans match baseline of previous scans.

Alright, let's try this. ::pulls a chip and suddenly all the alarms in medical go silent::

Hmm. Oooh.

Let me guess, no change in my biological scans?

ACTION: Shuttlebay scans picking up the impossible readings, and now that medical alarms aren't blaring it can be noticed that all the shuttle craft alerts are sounding.

::hears silence:: That's a good thing.. ::Muuhi:: No change.

Okay, sensor alarms bypassed. We should be safe to reconnect to the main system when we're ready.

+Syl+ All of the shuttlecraft alerts are sounding.

Of course they are. +Jyl+ On my way.
