After swimming as far away, underwater, as possible he gets to the surface and makes for the shore. Hopefully the field uniform dries out quickly, that seems like a pretty basic expectation of a field uniform ::

Probably Academy days. I remember getting transporter credits and going to different places I'd never been to before. People raved about Sisko's place so I started going there at least once a month.
