My assumption is people in and associated with the Federation don't use money. So like all of Risa should be free. Some cultures do use money, like Ferengis, and if you want money to play with them it's usually either a bartering system or you obtain latinum or any other currency through your own private means. Or, depending on the currency, they may even replicate it.

GPL being valuable specifically because it cant be replicated, right?

I know latinum can't be replicated. But if a species uses currency either by paper or metal, it may be possible.

Most religions are likely around, just quite diminished.

And my belief about religions is that on Earth all religions are gone. Which is where I have issue with certain things seen on Discovery. Obviously other species still have religion like the Bajorans. But from what we've seen up until nu-trek, Earth did away with religion long ago.
