USS Manticore - Mondays 10 ET - Command Staff: Captain McFly, Kansas Kenickie

= USS MANTICORE BRIEFING #1253, STARDATE 52401.15 = starfleet

= The new Manticore-B was set to receive her new PK module after a lengthy shakedown cruise but module was intercepted on its way to Starbase -REDACTED-. Manticore has been sent in to investigate. They were able to track the thiefs to junkyard where they came across a decent sized space station or outpost. McFly and Pilot go to investigate and inside they find the module. Meanwhile, Kansas has been reassigned to Presidential security and during a diplomatic conference on the moon she thwarted an assassination attempt. However, no one knows who he was or how he snuck inside. Faldek and Gila are now a year into an undercover assignment on Cardassia. The purpose of which the crew has not been notified of. They've met up with Edvenent to search for -REDACTED-. However, Cardassian command has seen fit for them to be sent to new assignments disrupting their undercover mission. Faldek is on a new Dominion shipyard. Gila is at an outpost turned medical facility. And Edvenent is in Cardassia's main military intelligence complex where he just learned about a "project nebula". = starfleet

Hello Chief, all systems are normal....I'm not certain what is going on the bridge at the moment. Some of the COMMs are begining to act up Ive noticed.

::nears the entrance and pulls his phaser; he can see some armored men firing in Pilot's direction; he fires back at them taking them by surprise::

ACTION> THE AMORED MEN BACK AWAY INTO THE HALLWAY AND FIND COVER

::watches them back into the hallway::

And so the shuttle can't hear us. So we will have to fight there.

::continues to execute evasive maneuvers::

::Hits a button on the chair's arm to formally go to red alert::

:: braces herself on Pool Table :: Dang.. Shields holding... Chief.

:: Scans the ships as they fire on the Manticore ::

::starts his sneaky sneaking, making his way to a previously unapproached access door::

::goes into his bag and grabs a stun grenade:: Let's go then.

it's a solid tip, we need to know if those are people or changlings... and who they are

:: looks through the desk, then looks through files on the terminal ::

::braces on biobed, nods as the red alert sounds::

::runs down the hall towards the airlock with Pilot::

::Looks at the PADD:: those ships are big

::fires behind him and drops the stun grenade behind them::

I know it's a tall order, but try to keep one of the two ships between us and the other...

Ryan ( Earth)> Ma'am, that is outside our job description.. I think it is best you pass that information on to someone who can do something about it...so we can continue to do our job here.

::runs into airlock::

ACTION> A BIG ONE COMES UP FROM THE OTHER SIDE AND GRABS PILOT JUST AS HE ENTERS THE AIRLOCK

::pops out of the access tunnel into an empty corridor::

ACTION> THE BIG GUY LETS GO OF PILOT; HE THEN DONKEY KICKS PILOT THRUSTING PILOT INTO THE SHUTTLE; THE BIG GUY USES THAT MOMENTUM TO FLIP OVER McFLY WITH McFLY STILL HOLDING ON TO THE GUYS NECK; WITH HIS NEW LEVERAGE THE BIG GUY IS ABLE TO GRAB A HOLD OF McFLY NOW AND SLAM HIM ONTO THE FLOOR

::flys into the shuttle:: Damnit! That hurt!

ACTION> THE BIG GUY STEPS UP TO THE AIRLOCK CONTROLS; HE PUNCHES A RED BUTTON THAT IMMEDIATELY SHUTS THE AIRLOCK AND THEN EJECTS THE SHUTTLE CAPTAPULTING IT INTO OPEN SPACE

::the footsteps disappear down the opposite hallway, he emerges and silently starts walking to the unguarded access door::

::looks over biobed readouts for injured crewmember::

ACTION> THE TWO SHIPS ATTACKING MANTICORE DISENGAGE AND TURN AROUND; THEIR WARP ENGINES ENGAGE AND THEY DISAPPEAR INTO SPACE; THE "SPACE STATION" THEN POWERS UP ITS ENGINES AND WARPS OUT RIGHT BEHIND THEM

::enters the access code and the door whooshes open, enters the area and begins making his way through a series of corridors and small storage bays, looking around for manifests or anything, coming up empty handed::

Chief, I am going to start delegating repair teams throughout the ship...so far it tdoes not look to bad.

We were engaged by unknown security personnel on the station. We didn't see anything upon arriving.

They said nothing. We found the PK Module on that "station" and then we went looking for a console.

::finishes running dermal regenerator of burns on injured crewmember, checks biobed readout again::

::Nods to the Yeomen as she leave the Prez office::

:: Finds something of interest, muttering to himself as he tucks the padd into his jacket :: ( m ) Training program....Jem'Hadar... :: He leaves the office and heads back to sort more intel files ::

::puts the PADD back and continues exploring, finally seeing what may be the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel, begins heading to a large bay door, the biggest one he's seen yet::

Ryan ( Earth) > :: sizes up the Yeoman as part of his job....though she is very attractive...::

::enters through the big ass door and what he sees makes his eyes go large and wide:: Oh my...
