Last week on USS Arcadia: The crew on USS Finland, now headed at high warp toward Remus, managed to get a message through to Arcadia (via a Federation listening post). Arcadia is on the way -- through Romulan space, but won't be able to make it in time unless Finland can be slowed down. Meanwhile, the Genesis device, which has no working guidance system anymore, had leaked some protomatter into its reaction chamber, slowly starting the reaction.

@+Dana+ We have your course plotted in. We're going to try to cut through the narrowest part of Romulan space to intercept. We will need to maintain subspace silence until we're within short range for communications.

There's no way to know if anything is near us, including Z's shuttle...she might be cloaked, she might just not be there.

Venting fuel could work! You could certainly try that, but you'd have to do it manually, since we have zero computer control.

Run this pulse emitter from this conduit to that one...hopefully we can brute-force divert enough power away from the nacelles to drop the ship's speed.

I don't think so...the automation systems are tuned to prevent tampering from within.

We've bought ourselves about an hour...gives the Arc a much better shot at intercepting.
