Well, if we're going back to the original question, I believe it's been answered but here you go again.  There are three rooms that are open to anyone to enter at anytime.  The Starfleet Lounge, Holodeck and Ready Room - and that's it.  The system is run by PeopleSoft on behalf of Paramount and we all KNOW that there are other rooms set up for other purposes, either private meetings by the corporation or special event rooms.  In any event, they are not open to the public, most of the time, so there are passwords on them.  We don't know the passwords, because it's got nothing to do with STSF - it's as simple as that.

Yes, that's the room that's been there the longest and which we stay out of (with our scheduled events, anyway).  This way, if anyone comes into the other rooms and complains that we're not letting them talk, we just direct them to the Lounge, where all they do is talk about whatever, whenever.

Oh! I see. I think I remember that room from when STSF was first considering ST.com. I thought they'd just changed the names around for us and added 1 room, not 2. My mistake   :D
