The Manticore was called to Titan due to extreme seismic activity. 
We found the focus of the energy disruption is fixed in space, not on 
the surface of the moon.  A9 went to the dome to coordinate the relief 
effort while the ship stayed at the focus, to discover the source before
 Titan returned to it. The disruption, made of Anti-Verterons, is really 
the terminus of a potential wormhole.  The moon came back to it, we 
flooded the nexus with a huge dose of our own Anti-Verterons and 
forced open the wormhole. A half-dozen alien craft came through and, 
after some Federation posturing and threats and a misunderstanding in 
First Contact protocols, a short battle ensued.  This led to the destruction 
of all of the alien craft except one badly disabled.  We sent a boarding 
party to that damaged ship to see who they are and why they're here.
