Well, lesse... you've got some tag issues.  Glowing Text should have a color after the =, then a closing bracket, then the text, then the glow off command.  And your X-ray... hmm, I have to try that... began with it's end command. :-)  Now, about this flip command...

The X-Ray tag is having issues.  ;)  I'm working on it.  (Though it was rather low on my list of priorities...  lol).

That is called the "me" tag.  ;)  If you're familiar with ICQ it's something that lets you denote action.  (Similar to in a sim using the ::: :::'s)

Well, at the risk of being an old "stick-in-the-mud" and going back to the original topic . . . . When I post for an academy I give the first choice to cadets who have not graduated yet.  For instance, if I get five calls for TAC I give it to the first real cadet who asks for it.

 

As far as advanced academies go, I think it's a great idea.
