The Manticore is in orbit at Titan in its capacity as a support and 
clean up craft due to extreme seismic activity.  We are here to help 
evacuate inhabitants.  We arrived just in time to see part of the 
moon's surface break off and fly away!  Sci and Eng are trying to 
figure out what is causing this destruction while Security and Ops try 
and organize an orderly evacuation (knowing we can't save everyone)
