USS Arcadia -- 2018/06/24

Arcadia heads out toward the edge of the system. They try to contact Arcadia. Instead, their signal is picked up by USS Maine, a starship halfway across the quadrant that is investigating a massive moving object. They manage to send a probe through, on the theory that the Drain is a large unstable wormhole; the probe appears near the orbit of the 5th planet.
Maine sends a message to Arcadia letting the ship know what happened to the shuttle.
