The Manticore is at Statiak Prime, as they join the Federation as 
a new member. A9 was ordered to investigate the planet prior to 
the induction.  We found the sociey engages in an annual 
"Purification," a 12 hour period when the gov't allows violence by 
all.  The Manticore team also discovered a Purification resistance 
group.  Rather than help the resistance and trying to stop the 
induction, A9 destroyed the majority of the group in secret and 
is not allowing the crew to report any "irregularities" to the Federation. 
The official Fed honor guard has arrived to take part in the welcoming 
ceremony and it is time for Manticore to slip away, unnoticed.
