The Manticore is at Statiak Prime, soon to be a Federation member. 
Because of suspicions, A9 was given the mission to investigate the 
people in advance of the induction.  The ship arrived under cloak 
and A9 showed up as a Diplomatic envoy to keep the bureacrats 
busy, while two away teams beamed down to integrate with the 
locals.  Having now found out that Statiak has an annual event 
called the 'Purification" a 12-hour period when the gov't sanctions 
violence by all of the population.  The teams are now joined with A9 
and a group who claims to be an underground resistance group, 
trying to get the gov't to outlaw the Purification.
