Laeh was forming an away team to go down to Quatel to investigate its status as it has been unheard from since the Othan had attacked it. A probe had been sent down to get some early information before the team heads down

KhreRiovtRex: Koga, Pexil..... Thoughts from the probe reading. How much interference from the singularity remnants of the destroyed ships? Will it interfere with transport, or would flying a shuttle through that be more dangerous?

STSF Seiben: Judging by these readings, I don't think I would recommend transport, though it is possible. I'd say the less riskier option is to go by shuttle. Though there is certainly much risk in both options.

Lerak trPexil: I would not be surprised if the probes signals are being blocked..

KhreRiovtRex: Well....::indicating the screen:: the probe has picked up large congregations of lifeforms, while at the same time, very little with regards to large energy signatures.

KhreRiovtRex: The same is noted on the other large continent, lifeforms showing in all major population centers, but a noted lack of large energy sources. Some energy is working however.

KhreRiovtRex: We're picking up enough to see that they've not decimated the place.... well, not all of it. But it looks much like on the homeworld. They’ve hit the major power plants

Lerak trPexil: The only proper test is a cylinder, but since we are not detecting any power sources on the surface I'm hopeful for that route. :: Readying the RAC instructions to the bay ::

I want au two, to head to the eastern continent with the Daise Maenak to where we are picking up large numbers of life forms, and assess the populace, and see if there is any indication of Othan influence still in the area.
