The Manticore left Earth orbit with a Klingon Starfleet officer 
onboard.  He has been assigned to the ship by the Federation 
Council to observe and offer counsel to Sovak and McFly - and to 
bunk in A9's quarters (who has been moved to Visiting Officer 
quarters near the Observation Lounge).  Meanwhile, McFly and 
other senior officers are unhappy about the unwanted visitor and 
keep trying to goad him into an emotional response - no dice!
