The Manticore has just left Earth orbit with a Klingon Starfleet 
officer onboard.  He has no rank and has not offered his name, 
he has been assigned to the ship by the Federation Council to 
observe and offer counsel to Sovak and McFly - and to bunk in 
A9's quarters.  A9 has been moved to a Visiting Officer quarters 
near the Observation Lounge, now all he needs is a soggy bag 
of bread crumbs to feed the pigeons from his park bench!
