RES Talon Mission Briefing 51703.30 - Season 22

Most of the senior staff have made their way back or are on their way to the Galae orbital station. It is our intention to inspect and determine which repairs were still needed. And to determine the mission readiness of the ship. Laehval will be interrogating (chatting) with new possible crewmen coming aboard

<Lerak_trPexil> :: Overlooking the Talon through a windows of the orbital station ::

<KogaSBien>:: hitches a ride aboard an RAC on his way to the orbital station::

<KhreRiovtRex> $:: Having docked at the station, has sent t'A ahead to ensure that proper security protocols were followed when allowing workmen onto the station and Talon

<KhreRiovtRex> $::makes way to an observation port and looks at the sleek green bird in front of her....na so wounded as she had been, but still in need of a bit more care....

<KhreRiovtRex> $ :: she would need to call a meeting soon, to discuss the mission readiness of the ship, of the crew, and actually determine what their exact course of action would be.

 

<M_K_tKsa>:: also on another RAC, heading to the orbital station with only io other member of her staff - having left the rest to tie up training, restocking and reporting for the medical center::

<KogaSBien>:: Glances out of the window at what he thinks is the Talon and a few other RACs orbitting it::

 

<KhreRiovtRex> $:: wondering if the crew even would want to return to Talon. She knew some of the others on her staff had indicated they had na where else to be, but that may na be true for all the crew

<KhreRiovtRex> $:: perhaps she should have na listened to nDak. She could have just taken the Stinger, left the crew here to be with their families, and handled her vengeance for herself. She had already found that the crew had stopped her from doing so twice now.

<@Laehval_tTemarr> ::Knee deep in repair orders, Laehval paced the floor in the stationmaster's office.:: Menkha, at least that's done. Though they have yet to get to that, that, that, and that. We can finish those repairs once the Talon is underway, provided the supplies we requested are on board.

<M_K_tKsa> Na, na yet. :: taking the ISD :: I did here from io of his subordinates in southern region. They'll be opening up an actual medical center and closing up the make-shift shelter in re days.

<KogaSBien> $ ::gets up to leave as the RAC docks at the station, grabs his stuff and heads for the door::

<Lerak_trPexil> $ :: Major systems were repaired and reinforced, but a doctor can only mend bones so many times ::

<@Laehval_tTemarr> Fine. Just make sure those are transferred. ::Hands the ISD back, then touches her comm badge.:: +All Talon Crew+ The first shuttle to the Talon will be departing shortly from shuttle bay seven.

 

<KogaSBien> ::hears the comm:: Shuttle Bay seven. ::heads there:: Hope I can make it for the first shuttle. Well, I always wait for the second.

<Lerak_trPexil> :: Folds up his ISD, and wondering where exactly on this station he is, he recalls the seventh shuttle bay ::

<KogaSBien> I just hope it doesn't take forever to arrive and when it does two shuttles come in together.

 

<M_K_tKsa> tr'Aieme> Condolences. Definitely.

<KogaSBien> ::rounds a few bends and corridors, and reaches the shuttle bay::

<KogaSBien> ::looks around for other crewmates of his::

<M_K_tKsa> ::unbuckling her belt as the RAC docks:: C'mon. We've got to head to the shuttle bay. If they leave without us, I'll never live it down. OF course, if they do leave without us.... :: smirks at Maec ::

<Lerak_trPexil> Ie.. My eyes are bleeding at all of the repair reports.

<KogaSBien> That's not good. I'm still coming over a hangover from a night at the pub with my younger brother and some mates.

 

<@Laehval_tTemarr> ::Laehval strode through the orbital station to reach the shuttle bay, reviewing her own ISD that showed pending repairs and the approvals needed for transfer of goods and supplies.::

<Lerak_trPexil> I spent time looking for a brother and then taking said sister to see his parents holed up at his subterrainian home

 

<M_K_tKsa> tr'Aieme> :: shoulders his bag and follows t'Ksa through the orbital station:: How bad do you think the ship is? I never got a chance to see beyond the medical bay earlier.

<M_K_tKsa> :: makes a right, a left, two more rights and a left before she spots the right cooridor for the shuttlebays :: Don't look at me, I ate, slept and worked in the medical bay when we got back. I think my quarters were destroyed, or so t'Mas told me.

<@Laehval_tTemarr> ::Laehval arrived in the shuttle bay and glanced about, searching for one RAC in particular.::

<M_K_tKsa> tr'Aieme> :: grabs t'Ksa's arm and redirects her before she makes a wrong turn:: I think it's this way. :: points to the sign ::

 

<@Laehval_tTemarr> ::Seeing the crew start to gather, she smiled and waved over those already present to join her at the RAC.::

<M_K_tKsa> Hanny'yo. ::turns the final corner and sees the right shuttlebay as well as several Talon crew members there ::

<Lerak_trPexil> :: Starts to walk over, and to Koga :: Something must be wrong...a smile..

<KogaSBien> I am concerned.

<@Laehval_tTemarr> Menkha news is that the Talon was na a total loss. Most of the major repairs have been completed, but some decks have yet to be completed. Unfortunately, several of your rooms were compromised and are no longer in service. Your newly assigned quarters have been transmitted to your ISDs.
