I thought these Academy sims were supposed to be hard.  But the hardest parts of my sim last night were putting together a shoping list (mostly cheesecake) and trying to pick up girls at a ski lodge.    :D

Well last night we played Romulans and had a combined Space/Ground battle.  I was the CSEC and my team and the MXO were sneaking up on a group of Klingons hiding in a cave.  I fanned my men out and sent one of them to take the point.  Standard procedure for this kind of assault so I did it without being ordered to.

But the MXO didn't like my initiative.  I'm so confused.    ???

Oh, yeah, chat room was giving me problems too.

::grins evilly:: First don't be discouraged... The reason I sanpped at you was that with romulans the chain of command is very important (belive me i know ::looks around the brig:;) I wanted to suprise the klingons (another biggie for the romulans) and fanning out and galvaanting all over would have given us away...so don't be discouraged, the initiative was good

second, everyone has problems with the rooms, its a constant problem even the GM's (cough*gromvick*cough), but i understand they are working on that.
