The Excalibur has responded to a distress call, where after some uh... unusual happenings, they found themselves in a four way stare down between a Kaedwan vessel who claimed not have gotten any distress call, a Tamaran vessel who did, and a Romulan warbird that has yet to reveal what exactly they are doing here. We also detected debris that matches the general parameters of a Kaedwan freighter, though it is in a slightly wrong position (and now in Tamaran space.), the warbird's commander has ordered the Kaedwan to move out of weapons range, and we have done the same with the Tamarans.

The Excalibur has responded to a distress call to find a, most unusual, situation. They found themselves in a four way stare down between a Kaedwan vessel who claimed not have gotten any distress call, a Tamaran vessel who did, and a Romulan warbird that has yet to reveal what exactly they are doing here. We also detected debris that matches the general parameters of a Kaedwan freighter, though it is in a slightly wrong position (and now in Tamaran space.), the warbird's commander has ordered the Kaedwan to move out of weapons range, and we have done the same with the Tamarans. A meeting has been called between all four commanding officers to determine the best course of action, but in the meantime the Excalibur has already begun to investigate the unusual disturbance they passed through just before the other vessels "appeared."

Excalibur is in a tricky situation, hosting an investigation into the destruction of a freighter along the Tamaran and Kaedwani border.  The team, led by Excalibur, will also have components from the Kaedwan, Tamaran and Romulan crews.

Excalibur has started bringing aboard debris from the freighter, and the various members of the science crews from the other ships have also joined us.

In the course of responding to a distress call from a Kaedwani freighter near the border of Tamaran space, Excalibur found itself in a strange four-way stand off between Tamaran, Confederation and Romulan forces -- each of which had a slightly different version of events and sensor logs. After defusing the tension, Excalibur is currently leading an investigation into the destruction of the freighter, which was found some distance away from where the distress signal indicated having apparently drifted far longer than time would seem possible to allow. The investigative team is beginning to suspect a disturbance Excalibur passed through may have some part to play, especially after examining the wreckage and noting a number of mysterious sickbay calls where old woulds seemed to be reverting to earlier states.

Excalibur, in responding to a distress call, has found itself in a difficult situation.  We pick up as the situation hits a critical point.

The Excalibur was thrown about by a rather impressive CGI explosion caused by the warp core of the Kaedwani cruiser detonating near the spatial anomaly we encountered when we entered the system, which then seemingly revealed the freighter that started this whole mess appearing through a "window" in the disturbance and it exploding as well. Excalibur ship and crew are both wounded, with primary systems offline including external sensors and main power.

Having made a disturbing discovery, the shuttlecraft carrying Captain Swain and Rhan has returned, and they are on their way to the bridge to share their findings. Meanwhile the crew has continued to make repairs and secondary power systems have been stabilized. Limited external and internal sensors are starting to come back online. Main power is inoperable.

Excalibur has found itself in the year 2282 plus or minus a few years, and in an unfortunate location for that time period. The crew is working to repair damage, find a place to make the more major repairs that are needed, get supplies sorted, and see if we can figure out how we got here and if we can get back easily.  All while hoping we do not get found by the, uh, locals.

Excalibur finds itself lost time and wounded. Engineering has been working on making repairs, but things have been slow going. Swain has called a senior staff (everyone here) meeting to discuss progress updates, and more practically sort out a strategy for what's next for our intrepid, time-travlin' crew.

Excalibur, lost in time -- sort of, continues to make repairs. Last week we decided to head towards an area of space we think we can hold up at until to make larger scale repairs. Engineering is preparing for trial runs of a slightly unbalanced warp drive, while helm plots our course to avoid any prying eyes. Medical, meanwhile, is working on a situation with Ensign Mincine.

Excalibur, displaced roughly 100 years in the past, has gotten under way at low warp towards an uninhabited system nicknamed Sarras in open space along the borders of the emerging Tamarian and Kaedwani empires, the Romulans, and the Federation. So far we have not encountered anyone from the time-period and are hoping to make safe haven in Sarras while we make repairs and aim to find a way to our proper time.

The Excalibur is nearing its hopeful safe haven of Sarras.  The going has been slow, but uneventful.

Still lost in time, we have located a relatively out of the way system we're calling Sarras. Having cleared the asteroid belt that should keep people from seeing too much on a passive scan, we head now for an M-class moon where we hope to be able to provision and make repairs, while determining the next course of action.

When we last left off our lost in time crew, they had arrived in orbit of out of way planet in unclaimed space that had been named Sarras -- one of the possible resting places of the holy grail -- to make repairs, get some rest, and hopefully restore supplies while a long term plan for our return to the proper time is hatched out. A team from Excalibur has landed on an M-class moon in orbit of a gas giant and has started to explore.

The Excalibur remains, so far, undetected in unclaimed space orbiting the planet Sarras in the year 2282. Extensive repairs are underway to the damaged systems, while science teams explore the planet. A base camp is under construction to allow crew to lessen the load on the ships systems and extend rations.

Excalibur is still in orbit of Sarras where repairs to key systems continue. Science has uncovered an unusual mineral that may be of some assistance in that. The planet is lush, verdant and providing people a much needed respite. So far, we remain alone.

Excalibur continues make repairs in orbit of Sarras. Most of the crew has been given freedom to explore the planet. Science teams continue their survey efforts while a few other teams continue working on efforts to return us to our correct time.

Lost in space and time, the crew of Excalibur is currently exploring the planet of Sarras in an attempt to source materials that might be used to repair the ship and feed the crew.  Engineering is busy with repairs, Science is working on options to return us to our own time, and Medical & Ops are currently dealing with the curious case of Irene Mincine.

MISSION BRIEF: The USS Lysander, a period vessel, has located the Excalibur and is preparing to render aid. Swain is meeting with their Captain and XO while the rest of the crew gets lists of needed supplies ready.

The Excalibur is making some repairs with assistance from the USS Lysander, as well as working on calculations to hopefully return us to the correct time period.
