RES Talon Mission Briefing 51610.20 - Season 21

 

As the Talon is in severe need of repair, and Laehval is overseeing it's placement into the repair framing at the recaptured station........she has also put in a recall of the Stinger, to transfer a small complement of our crew to while Talon is under repair. Meanwhile, while down on the station, while checking for traps or sabotage, Pexil, Koga and t'A have come across a small enemy detachment which did not get out with the others, that are now firing upon them in a last-ditch effort to take out our crew, and perhaps capture our ship.

 

Meanwhile, Ndak has offered the stations' research capability and ability to hold injured from the battle, so tKsa can concentrate upon her work with the bioweapon.

t'Vatrix is planning to meet with several of the surviving command officers and release the security lockouts she put on the main computers once we captured them back at Galae headquarters.

Laehval tTemarr -> ::She dodged out of the way of one of the nurses and moved further inside, frowning at the damage. There were shorted conduits and panels out everywhere. Of course, engineering knew that, but they were seeing to more important repairs -- like a giant gaping hole in their hull. Searching for the Daise'Maenak, she headed for t'Ksa.::

The Othan, have settled ikn the harsh outmarches, we've thirved and grown strong, supporting the weak and veruuls that expect it.....

ACTION: Koga's shot hits true, and cleanly takes out the man next to the loudmouthed one. Pexil also hits his mark, but hits the man's weapon hand, causing him to lose the grip on it, and the ie'yakk to go skittering out across the floor between them

Enarrain N'Dak has put out a call to pool medical resources on the station. They are awaiting our wounded.

M_K_tKsa -> If the ship goes through another firefight, we may na have the manpower to care for the wounded. This is bad. I mean....really bad. We'll do our best, but I need to make sure au are aware of the risks.

ACTION:: Koga's shot cleanly takes out the replacement that had just stepped up to support his commander

Laehval tTemarr -> We are na getting involved in another upon the Talon. Whatever of the Othan fleet remains is now scattered. Our priority is now manufacturing the cure and spreading it over as wide of an area as possible. As soon as possible. We need speed, na power. I have called forth the Stinger and we will be taking command of her as soon as she arrives.

M_K_tKsa -> ::nods after a moment:: Hann'yyo. We'll be taking a skelton crew with us. I'm leaving some of N'Dak's maenaks to manage the station. It wasn't as hard of a sell as I thought. Far more ambitious than I gave them credit.

Laehval tTemarr -> The Stinger does na require as large of a crew to man it, so au need na worry over na having the crew to handled wounded, if we have any.

ACTION> As the devices are tossed, a small explosion hits the Othans, and causes the storage racks to come down on top of them

 

Lerak trPexil -> I'm the one that has to rebuild racks like that when someone destroys them.
